in scheduled sessions, chats of happy hours and informal conversations of dinner, a common theme appeared again and again in the National Association of this week's school and University Business Officers Conference: the Universities are seriously fighting to hire and retain employees.

The conference, held outside Denver, presented a series of sessions focused on personnel challenges in a new era of work remodeled by the Pandemia of the Coronavirus.
