As Russian assault continues in Ukraine, they feel the effects of ripple through higher education, particularly in study programs abroad. Universities are recalling students in Russia or Ukraine and pause in the next study sessions abroad in those countries.

Twelve students were at the school of Middlebury College in Russia when the war exploded last week the three of Middlebury and Nine from other American schools, according to Middlebury College Spokesperson Sarah Ray. As of Wednesday night, three students had left; Most will move away on Friday, and the last student will Leave Russia during the weekend, Ray said.

Middlebury College made the decision on Monday to remind the Russian students.
