A professor of physical anthropology is suing San José State University, saying that reprisals is being retaliated by its controversial posture on the repatriation of skeletal remains by reinfusing.

In two examples of alleged reprisals, says Elizabeth Weiss. Suddenly, she was removed as a curator of the collection of remains of the university, a role she had had for 17 years, and had been blocked by the research facility itself.

The lawsuit accuses the state of San José of Multiple violations of Weiss's rights of the first amendment.
